Albuquerque, NM, March 29, 2023 -Total Management Systems, Inc. (TMS) promoted Amy Miller as Director of Operations in Southern New Mexico. Amy will provide operations support for Total Management Systems Inc.’s portfolio of properties in Las Cruces, Alamogordo, and Artesia, and will assist the Regional Director of Operations, Ruben Abeyta, in maximizing efforts on enhancing operational efficiency, increasing guest satisfaction, and leadership development.
Amy Miller brings 27+ years of experience in hospitality and named General Manager of the Year with Courtyard Marriott Select Brands in 2021, Hospitality Professional of the Year with NM Hospitality Association in 2022 and was General Manager of the Year with La Quinta Hotels in 2008. She sits on New Mexico State University’s School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management Board of Advisers, Las Cruces Public School Readiness Committee, and Secretary for NM Hospitality Association. Her previous position with the company included Onboarding and Marriott Peer Advisor.
Amy has been working for Total Management Systems Inc. as part of the opening team for the Courtyard by Marriott Las Cruces at NMSU which opened its doors in July 2019. She will continue to be the General Manager for this hotel while providing support to other hotels. Ruben Abeyta, Regional Director of Operations said, “Amy has been a key part of the entire Total Management System’s team and has brought in excellence and efficiency to her position as the General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Las Cruces at NMSU.
